To conduct and deliver presentations and technology related training (networking and systems) to our clients
Assist in the preparation of the class and lab setup (PCs, equipment, cables, etc) for training
Assist in the development of customized materials, slides & course outlines for clients, if required
Constantly update knowledge by attending training and obtaining certification as required by the company
Provide technical consultancy and recommendation to our clients
Work in project engineering and implementation related projects as required by the company
Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support
Supporting the day-to-day internal operations of the company including remote lab support
Requirements/Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent discipline with focus on Networking Technologies
Have excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Highly presentable with good interpersonal skills and a good team player
Must possess the ability and willingness to learn, teach and most importantly, to be able to conduct technical training
The selected individuals must have good attitude, be self-motivated, diligent, mature, be able to work independently, hard working, fast learner, result and customer-oriented
Able to work under pressure and must possess the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
Possessing good knowledge in Networking & Data Center with troubleshooting skills and relevant working experience would be an added advantage
Training experience in Cisco (Voice, IP Telephony, Security, Wireless), Juniper and HP/3COM/H3C will be a definite plus
Preferably possess professional certification, such as, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIP, CCSP, CCVP, CCIE, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP & JNCIE
Applicants should have at least 1 year working experience in technology training or related field
In order to assess your presentation skills, each candidate will be required to conduct a short presentation if selected for an interview
