Service SOW

• Review and document current IT systems, application and network architecture and design layouts.
• Review the current and  past  performance data
• Collect and review  various IT system/network configurations
• Collect and review  IT system/network  state tables  and interface statistics
• Develop initial assumptions and hypothesis.
• Develop  test  and validation approaches
• Execute test   and Collect data
• Analytics  and develop most probable conclusions
• Validate the  conclusions
• Develop fact based  recommendations for   application and service improvements

Assumptions

• Mutually signed NDA.
• Access to IT Systems configurations, state tables , statistics, reports  during the project period.
• Assign  at least  one (1) Internal IT staff for   interfacing with other relevant IT personnel’s  for  collection of data, records  and to provide various project coordination activities.
